The Butler

He was always a very caring and happy child growing up. He loved to be around people and his family were all really close to each other. His mother was a very kind and gentle lady, while his father was a little more quieter he loved his family very much.

From a young boy he watched just how hard his parents worked to look after him and the family, they were always helping their friends in any way that they could. This made him want to do a job where he could help people and make them happy.

​

He decided to try and work in medicine as he found chemistry, biology and problem-solving intriguing, so he took these subjects in school along with a few other subjects that would be helpful to get him where he wanted to be. His parents saved up to make sure he could go to college and pursue his dream. But not long after he finished college his mother was diagnosed with cancer, sadly she only lived for a year after her diagnosis.

This tragic loss took its toll on his father and him, his father started to not go to work and eventually lost his job meaning that his son had to try and pay the bills, this led to him getting a part time job as a waiter, working all hours he could when not in college.

​

Determined to find a cure or something to help defeat the awful disease, he worked himself silly, every spare moment he had he was doing his own experiments, trying to solve this problem. He got to work for research lab who wanted to develop his skills, after years of many failures it took its toll. Nothing seemed to work.

​

After going to a colleague’s party at his large home he noticed the butler there, how he made everyone happy making sure all the things ran smoothly, people never went without what they wanted and were looked after. All while keeping composed, running the house and organising everything down to the last detail.

​

He decided this was something he wanted to do, not bearing the pressure of curing what seemed like the incurable, but having the pleasure of solving problems, making things run perfectly, everything in its right place. This was it, the job for him to have complete control and know it could be solved. It took him 5 years to complete his training at the top academy.

​

He was soon hired as the permanent Butler for the famous STT mansion, while working there he learnt many things. He even helped out his employers by giving suggestions and ideas for what they could do in their next venture, sometimes they even used his ideas but forgot to give him the credit. But he continued to be loyal and work hard. He ran a tight ship, nothing out of place and was always ready for anything that could go wrong.

Will The Butler be prepared for the events of the special dinner night? Will he finally fall apart from the pressure? Or will he be able to keep calm and problem solve?
